Three individuals lost their lives and no fewer than nine people were injured in Ukraine's latest attack on the border territory of Russia of Belgorod, as stated by regional authorities.

The fatalities occurred following a strike on the Maslova Pristan settlement during Wednesday morning, authorities reported. First responders were continuing to search for people potentially caught under rubble.

This marks the third straight day that Ukrainian forces have attacked the territory, leaving thousands of people experiencing blackouts and at least two other people dead.
